Each lingerie piece is handmade, carefully inspected, and packaged with the utmost care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After shipment, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

3. Can I track my order?
Certainly. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

7. Can I request a custom piece?
Due to Madame Noelle’s upcoming retirement and the exclusivity of this final collection, we are not accepting custom orders at this time. Each item is part of a limited edition and available only while supplies last.
